PS3 : too expensive, bulky. doesnt have too many good games.

Wii-its more like a family oriented console, but its great.
PS3-I dont find anything good about a ps3, not even the bluray player, and yes I have owned a ps3.But everyone has their opinions.
360-I play my 360 constantly and have not gotten it, I think they must have fixed it, bought mine around November 2008, this console is 1337

My friend always talks about how the PS3 is all great and stuff all the time but I happen to own one and it a lame waste of money.

It doesn't even have different things you can do to it like modding on the PC.

Lol. I'm going to go ahead and applaud you for your (hopefully) sarcasm.
I agree that the console war is stupid, but it is occasionally quite entertaining. Personally, I'd rate all three systems about the same, for differing reasons. Nearly every time I play a game it's either using my Wii to play Gamecube games or my PS2. That's where my favorite games all are, and will be for the foreseeable future.

It's ridiculous - at the end of the day every console has its best and worst elements.

Look at the 360, mucho revered by its fanboys, despite the fact I have to pay £50 odd just to get a wireless adapter, then another £40 to actually get live.

Both those things come free with the PS3, so it raises a big question about value for money.

But I digress, the console war is a war of self justification; it's like a huge pissing contest - yeah, you can go higher up the wall, but who gives a fuck?

However, the PS3 has made an awesome step in combining consoles - DC universe online will link both PC and PS3 users over the same server, and therefore same matches. What a fucking brilliant idea. COD8 Online having Xbox vs PS capability? Yes please Mr Microsoft.

you're going on how the consel wars are just a tiny little thing when you're screaming and ranting about how great the pc is and how other systems suck. you're part of it. pc's are great but they are equell to all other consles.
