I am so mad right now. He said that he bought $100 worth of illegal marijuana drugs last week. I am not friends with him anymore, and I am going to tell him that tomorrow. Unless he quits and stays away from the life ruining drugs he is using.

In case you ARE serious (har har) weed is not life-ruining, unless he becomes mentally addicted, which is usually unlikely. Many smart/successful people smoke marijuana. Marijuana isn't harmful except somewhat for your lungs (obviously) and it may make you slower, but only if you doing it like 2 times a day every day for decades or some shit.
