r&b help

im wanting to get started on some r&b type of music
but i just cant seem to get anything

and even with trance i couldnt get
melodies
i was wondering if someone could help me ?
if not its cool

Listen to the music you want to make, and study some music theory as well.

Listen to his music then maybe you'll get it.

believe it or not they are actually giving you good advice.

Heres one. track down some RnB loops, mix those together, and that will give you some perspective of HOW it should sound and be arrainged.

RnB loops

you do have to pay for them, but its something to get you started. This is how i learned 10 years ago, by mixing together different loops, seeing the possibilities that could be done.
