Yeah, it also depends on such things like whether those individuals are in your cabin or not and also if you have night duty that week cause that will wear you out incredibly.

You could take caffeine pills around morning so you don't get tired out or carry a 5 hour energy, I've done it before, I got up at 8 in the morning and didn't feel tired until 11 in the morning that next day, just need a little extra boost if you take night duty for that night.

Yeah, i'd say some of the kids are good but saying they all suck or they're all great is a rather blatant lie.

Not really, what might be right for some might not be right for all. Each kid is different, some are assholes and some are good. I never said ALL about one section or the other silly, haha.

Um, last year a kid got a call from home halfway through the week from his dad saying his mom died from cancer that morning and no one even knew she had cancer.

That would be truly sad if I ever heard that as well.

Pretty much, hes pretty grumpy. I feel sorry for any small child that accidently wonders into his kitchen...

Hey! So am I! :D I'm in my 4th year counseling for the Sayre Summer Recreations Program. Goddamn, nothing like 250 screeching children to wake you up in the morning, amirite?! Big difference is that my program is only a day camp, I only work from 8 to 12. And it's only $5 for a kid to join for the all the 8 weeks, $50 if you like outside the school district.

Sports, games, swimming, fishing, canoeing, hiking, arts & crafts, etc, etc.

Night shift, basically two nights a week you have to stay up till 2 AM making sure none of the kids get up, and you have to get up at the same time as everyone else anyway...7 AM.
