Are you sure you were in the UK? And besides, didn't you know about holiday prices here? It costs my family close to if not more than £300 every time we go on holiday to Great Yarmouth. And there's only one arcade I like there.

But they do have a lot of other stuff to do there. It's a decent place to spend a week. But still, overpriced.

Yes, I was in ireland, and I've been other places too and mostly it's all expensive compared to the US's crap but that's also partly because of the value of the dollar-- which is around shit times three.

Yup. I was in Amsterdam for a while (city in Holland) , and they used Euros.

In fact, more than half of the EU countries use the Euro. However, I believe that most of the previous posters were referring to the UK, which is commonly known as Britain. Britain uses the Pound.

I've lived there all 31 years of my life and never seen a place in England that's taken Euros. Please enlighten us as to the places where we might find that kind of thing. Currency exchange places don't count.
