Just wanna preface this topic by saying that i have my eyes on all posters. NO PIRACY :D
I'll start off by noting liveswif as a free option. They're either going to be free or hundreds of dollars, sorry to say. No budget options.
That said, suggest away, peoples.

$200 for full Adobe CS4 if you're a student, that's a big discount (I think its originally $800).

You can use Flashdevelopalong with the Flex SDK, both free, to create games.

This is probably the best setup you will get for free, although development can be a bit tricky as all graphical assets must be created externally.

I checked Swif but I coud'nt get anything concrete, and as for Adobe I am STRAINING for just $70,so that'll be hard, and I seriously don't think I will do games until I make a few flashs to know the extent of my skill.

Not sure if that means you couldn't find where to get it, but if so.

$70 will unfortunately not get you the 'real deal'. There is always the trial that you can try for 30 days, but that is not really a long time.

Download the trial, see what you can get don in 30 days. And if you come up with somethign good, maybe you'll have a reason to get more cash :P. And if you make a good game and get a sponsor, they can help you pay for it...

ain't about how hard you hit... It's about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward... how much you can take, and keep moving forward.

I was thinking about using that Get money for flashs thing,So I could get a better one,and I did my old flashs with paint, and they were semi decent.so in 30 days I could try and make something OK.
