How to report a user?

I won't go into names but I wish to know the best way to report a user that spams another user's page with the word pedophile and puts up a flash movie that calls the same person he's spamming a pedophile in the title. Any help is welcomed thanks.

Put "Newgrounds Help" into the title of the PM and try to include as much info you have about that user as you can.

That user who is getting spammed could just block him from posting in his/her blog and ban him/her form pming that user now if the flash is spamish in quality it will probaly be blammed or get a very low score causing it to have a higher possiblity of being deleted.

If a user is spamming another user's user page, then the owner of the user page can ban the spammer.

If a flash is spam, then report it to Wade. Include information like Name of the spammer, link to the flash, description of flash, date submitted, etc.

Not only would it be hilarious, but it would be hypocritical since Wade gets rid of spam yet he's spamming.

I bet you implied that in your post anyway. Just saying it for those who couldn't pick it up.

Oh yeah, completly forgot about that. Shame on me. If he's just spamming your userpage block him (and also block him from sending you PMs).
I thought of a user who spams multiple userpages. Those kind of users have been taken care of in the past.
