My favorite is Japan's flag.

I like the Nazi flag, the USSR flag and the Angola flag. The first two flags are pretty simple, yet inspire fear and show power. The third one is just cool because of the gear and the machete. They share pretty much all the same colors, which are not my favorite colors, but black and red are necessary to have a spooky flag.
