It kinda strange how on every show men are so dumb but woman always win, i remember watch nickelodean when i was 11 and i started to realize every show ends up with the girls winning even the old fashion game shows girls were treated easier.

I also think tv shows shouldn't give father a bad rep, i had a great father.

Well, lots of men are pretty dumb. No offense. And I bet the reason that women and girls always win in TV shows because the producers want to balance it out. In real life, face it, women and girls are still abused and men are still VERY sexist.

There is alot of work that needs to be done for men's rights. Women were given a movement to progress, whereas men were persecuted for the way they were.
Men were meant to be manly, and they were, and then suddenly, women got their much needed movement, and men were called sexist for being the way they'd always been, yet weren't ever encouraged to change.

Yeah there should be a men's rights movement. I once saw this experiment done on youtube where one video shows a guy yelling at a girl on a park bench. Soon other people come and break it up.

But they also take another video where the girl is screaming, scratching, and slapping the guy on another park bench. Everyone walks by without doing anything...and one female jogger actually says "yes!" and smiles while holding her fists up when she is jogging away.

My issue is the whole equality thing not being equal, at all. To avoid butthurt, please note that the following things I say only point to the stereotypical types, not everyone. If you don't fall under what I say, then why BAAAW in a response in the first place?

Women: There are a ton of women who only want equal PAY, not equal rights. They can be loud, obnoxious, and abusive towards men, but men are not allowed to be that way back. I see it this way. If a woman feels like she is strong enough to lay her hand on me, she is strong enough for me to kick her ass.

Ethnicities: First off, I myself am half-mexican. However, my side on the whole border issue is they need to be sent back. Just because you think a law is unfair does not mean you should just break it and get away with it. Most illegals are doing more harm then good over here, and im not refering to the "taking our jobs" arguement. They steal social security numbers and identification (trust me, I know a lot about this, since I have known several illegals in my life time.), they commit crimes, form gangs, join gangs, deal drugs, etc. etc. Yet, the second they are busted, they play the "race" card and run into hiding because the mean ol' americans wanna send the law breaking illegals back where they came from. The only people who deserve citizenship are the ones who were brought here at a very young age, because they were brought against there own will and are paying for it now.

Also, I can't stand people who can dish out racist jokes (been called a spic and asked for a green card several times) but immediatly play the race card the second you return one. I'll give you an example. I was minding my own business a few years back, and I heard some black guy saying about "those damn wetbacks". So I walked up to him and said "Hey, you dumbfuck. You wouldn't like it much if I called you a cotton-picking ni99er, would ya?"

First responce I got back? "Shut yo ass up you racist". x.x

So, my point is, equal means equal. Equal does not mean that the minoritys should get special rights over the majority.

Not every woman is abused and not every man is sexist.

You say lots of men are dumb, but when I look around at other people, there are some pretty fucking stupid women out there too. You know, the ones that go around dressing like sluts, giggling like idiots, obsessing over themselves, and being completely oblivious to everyone and everything. These people aren't any worse or greater in number than the idiot men out there, but they are the reason why you can't say "oh, well men are dumber than women."

But you do have a point. Men aren't innocent. Women still aren't equal to men. The average woman's wage is 80% that of the average man's. A loyal female employee who's been working at a company for years can be receiving the same pay as a new male employee. Woman are still sexualized and treated like sex objects in the media and in our culture. They're still raped, abused, and taken advance of. 1 out of three American women will be sexually abused or assaulted in their lifetime. All of this is, however, irrelevant to TV shows.

I think it's because women are thought of as being more nurturing and less likely to be voilent. A sign of less violence than other people can be thought of as a way of being smarter.
