in other news, the DS sucks.

I've noticed many artists whom have less than 4 submissions. I've also seen pencil sketches. What up with that? Are they prematurely scouted and soon to be unscouted? Or is an exceptional artist allowed to slide past these portal qualifications? All questions no one will answer, so why am I asking? Oops.. another question...

Same here. Though I don't watch as many Flashes as I once used to; Youtube and other sites have been eating into my time. Though there's the art portal now... which is very addictive...

I do find the overall immature level here annoying, but there are pluses too: a huge audience for animation that is much bigger than on ANY other website, the occasional mature film, the convenience of being able to showcase my animation, music AND art under one roof...

i'd rather have those under my journal entries than "favorite audio submissions" and "trophies"

Also, please:
-make our "art favorites" display as thumbnails rather than titles
-allow us to see our "art reviews" as with music and flash
-allow us to favourite unscouted art & artists, so that they stay there even if the artist is unscouted for some random reason later on

um... i dont think this survey reflects all of the community of newgrounds. its only 8500 people that took the survey. im pretty sure that there is many hundreds of thousands of more people. they just haven't bothered taking the survey. lol

They were check boxes not option boxes, i.e people may have checked 2 or 0 choices.

You have got to be kidding me. The DS is at 60%??? People just don't know how to save up money. And I also had no idea the Wii was so popular, and most of my friends have either a PS3 or 360. I guess all the 10 year olds on this site filled out the survey.
