Limit her Memory Quota if you are an admin on the computer.

If it is in NTFS format, go to local disk properies, then the Quota tab. Enable Quota Management. Limit the data space, then optionally click the Quota Entries Buttons, type in your sister's username then set her limit.

I highly recommend saving up for a laptop, that's what I am doing. My dad needs this computer for work all the time, and my Wii internet sucks.

Delete it all, every last one and simply place a single image saying don't be a space whore in their repsective folders.
