Russian communists have put up giant billboards of Soviet dictator Josef Stalin in a southern city, promoting his tough methods as the best remedy for the world economic crisis.

Everybody on here hasent looked at the facts. When stalin came into power he literally saved russia from a crippling depression and poverty. He tatics may have been brutal but effective.
