Goddamn I thought you were being serious until the part where it mentioned that you give it credit card numbers, Spam mail that tells you that you won however much amount of money is fake or extremely rare (but more likely fake)

I'd be damned if you actually won 7,000,000 usd money tough but don't get too excited reading a spam mail asking you for credit card number, It's probably written off by a scammer to get your money

in other words the scammer is getting the money not you

I won that too once! The only problem was that when I handed over all my information, someone hacked my account, took all my money and the lottery organisers couldn't send me any money. Shame, I could have been a millionaire.
