The spammers aren't the problem, the morons who vote their shit through are the problem. Too many people only care about points here, so the spammers don't usually even bother with things like mass-voting and file-swapping. It's the same stupid idea all the time:
"This is spam. Spam always passes. I'll vote 5 on it to get a point, because it will pass anyway."
The only reason spam passes is BECAUSE retards vote 5 on it for the above "reason".
There is one thing I'd like to point out about the stat system, though:
The B/P system gives protect points on the passing of a flash, and blam points on the DELETION of a flash. It doesn't matter if it was blammed or removed by wade after it passed; anyone who voted to blam it when it was under judgement will get a point when it goes.
This is why it's pointless on every level to vote the things you know are going to be deleted through (i.e. chris beer's shit). You may even lose the protect point after it gets deleted, I'm not sure.
Bah, this has been said a million times before. The people it's intended to reach are the ones not paying any attention to what they're doing to the site, or what's on the BBS, or anything besides their stats. Complaining is pointless, really.
