I'm so fucking tired of achieving medals and them not showing up in my profile.

YES, I was logged on and YES I got the medals because it showed the "Medal Get" crap.

You know that Torture game where you have to click a fucking 10K times?
I clicked a total of 12,000 times, showed I got my medal INGAME and when I check my profile it ISN'T THERE!

Might be your connection. If you briefly disconnect from the internet (like if you're rubberbanding) your account gets disconnected so it won't send any information to the NG servers.

You could always try logging out and logging back in. It worked for me when I wasn't getting medals.

Its only a game? Well OCD+ can hardly be described as a game, but if your that caring about some stupid medal then we all know you are playing the games just to get medals and not for fun. Anyway, back on topic.

The reason why you didn't get the medal is probably due to a server backup, I mean the NG server has so much going on with the art portal and that many people probably playing games, there is GOING to be a backlog. When the medals first came out, people were complaining about them not appearing, 2 hours later they randomly appeared.

Just wait a bit. If it doesn't work then, just give bob a quick PM saying you have a problem with your medals.

Try using the pop-up window instead of the in-screen view. That was what was stopping me from getting them, and using the pop-up window fixed it.

Just to let you know, if you click 10,001 times or more, you won't get the medal. You have to click exactly 10,000 times.
