Does anyone else notice that a majority of our newgrounders always had some type of picture in there first few posts's?

I did with mine :3

Rather it be just a normal irrelevant small .jpeg to an animated .gif with dancing food.

Most of the time it's people who feel the need to 'personalise' their posts and haven't yet figured out how to upload a sig pic.

I didn't do that, but I can see where you get the idea from. I know a lot of BBS noobs that insist on making themselves look like tools whenever they post anything here. Thankfully that hardly ever happens anymore.

Yup my 2nd post had a completely irrelevant picture in it.
Looking back at it, seems like loads of people were doing that, even MindChamber. First page of the topic had 8 random pictures.
This was in September 2002.

Good lord, none of you know why pictures were posted in the beginning of the second BBS.

There was no signature option so people just posted images as a signature.

I miss the days of 400x60 gifs as your sigs.
