Score Rank and Popularity Rank?

How many views/votes/downloads/reviews/score do i need to get Score Rank and Popularity Rank?

The Score and Popularity ranks for flash were removed awhile ago, under unknown circumstances. However, the audio portal still has both rankings.

The score is how people vote on your submission just say 2.50/5.00 is the score. That is where it is ranked For example a submission is ranked 5 of 10 so there are 5 submissons ranked higher than yours, so tha rank is 5. For popularity is the same thing but it is determined be how meny views it has.
It's kinda hard to explain so i hope you understand what i am saying.
