Actually I think people are supposed to drink like 8 liters of water a day. So yea, keep drinking. Though you might also be coming down with some illness or something. I have some sort of virus and I can't go long without needing a drink lately.

This happened to me about a week ago. It hurt because after drinking 4 glasses of water, I could hear the water in my stomach and I could barely walk.

* Frequent urination * Excessive thirst * Extreme hunger * Unusual weight loss * Increased fatigue * Irritability * Blurry vision
