An ear infection I got about 5 years ago. Think sharp, stabbing pains in the ear continuously over a few days. I'm not normally one to be overly bothered by pain, but when the pain killers wore off, I could literally do nothing except cry out in agony.

I haven't broken any bones yet or anything like that, so I don't know how it compares. It was pretty nasty, though.

i had an ear infection before, i was young and got it real bad, i called it a throbbing migraine in my ear although it didn't compare to shit when i broke my arm.

I once had a board with nails sticking out of it, kind of like level 18 on newgrounds, across the back of my head stabbing the nails into it. I don't remember it too much as I was little, but I do remember blood and screaming.

The most painful things I remember though have to be watching the bottom of my foot curl up and touch my shin when I broke my ankle in a football game. I shortly went into shock after witnessing that.

Also tearing my hamstring in a middle of a track race, but still finishing the race with the complete tear. Shortly after my hamstring and calf turned black from all the blood and the pain in that lasted for about 2 or 3 years.

I fell off a flight of stairs and broke my arm too, but I waited 3 days to go to the hospital because I thought I was fine.
