Soooo, this have been attempted twice, last time was horrible, and before that it was decent, but not enough.

Now, liljim is (still) cool with updating it, so it's just a matter of collecting the best threads that really deserves to be stickied.

I will personally see to it that it'll happen this time around, though most likley not in like three weeks or so (due to work).

there's some info in the link to the previous thread, and a couple of good links in the very first update thread, so don't bother link to what's been linked to there already!

Sooo, just toss a link in here, and briefley describe why you think the thread(s) should be in the Audio Sticky!!!

It allows you to view another person's computer and they can also allow you to control if they want as well. I'm not very sure of all it's features but there's more information in the thread.

I'm gathering materials for it, there are tons of loop based softwares and online music makers.
New people to audio production take those as the real thing...so, there should be a thread about this so they can't say "I didn't knew".

i personally don't think the forum is getting clogged up by those kind of requests, so i don't see a point in having a thread for it (this philosophy goes for pretty much everything in the forum - "collection"threads are only needed when they're - needed:)

I'm surprised this hasn't actually been mentioned yet, but the Audio Joint absolutely needs to be off there (especially since I locked it) and the Lounge should make its way into the sticky.

Really, a bunch of new members with their wonderful 10 posts or less could use a constant reminder in their presence, as opposed to making a thread about it every damn time.

It offers all the reasons as to why songs are not posted, and allows the bitching over those reasons to be in one spot.

Plus, the title is all alliteration. You can't pass that up.

Also, the nature of the Lounge (like the Advertisement thread) is in such a way that a sticky is really not needed. The two are posted in constantly, so a sticky wouldn't be that necessary.

You'd be surprised. Users still create new threads for voice acting when the other two are up top, and they also create advertisement threads and other stuff.

It sounds to me like you think we're planning on stickying individual topics. That's not what's going on; we're suggesting important topics to be included in THE (one) audio sticky.
