Where do you get your motivation to continue locking, banning and deleting useless stuff from the site? Do you ever regret that you're a mod, or do you even want to quit sometimes? What makes you change your mind?

You should pick a mod and interview him/her.

The mods continue to do what they do because they want to make the BBS a better place.
So please, if you see something that slipped by them, p.m. a mod.
P.m.ing a mod about a topic is NOT backseat modding.
As long as you just inform them and don't try to boss them around
Remember, you can lead a mod to a spam thread, but you can't make them delete

I would assume that it'd be only a bit more satisfying than just regular posting seeing as how you are in the seat of power, although it'd probably only be bested by the mutual commitment.
