The way I see it, if people hates threads like these so much, don't post in them and let them die, instead they keep it alive with completely irrelevant flame wars in which the thread gets locked, the system works.

I'm not a fan of fantasy crossover threads, but I'll throw my hat in the ring, for positive inflluence.
