It's most likely maintainance. They're probably making it so that favorite art submissions, favorite artists, and art reviews show up on our profile. Maybe they're streamlining and tweaking the AP layout and fuctions as well, because, after all, the whole thing looks like it's still in its infancy.

Before the art portal was shut down, there was a group of people using the art portal to send secret messages through pictures regarding a new world order that they were formulating.

The government needed to put an end to this conspiring and decided to cut the tree before it grows. At approximately 2:39 am this morning, the site was contacted by the FBI on grounds of the issue and the admins discussed the situation with the agents. The unanimous decision was to shut the art portal down for the time being as to not allow any more message-sending to occur while a plan of action is being formulated.

But, it will be back up again once the FBI knows what their plan is and is prepared to execute it flawlessly. No one knows how long this will take, but hopefully it won't take too long.
