It depends on your age, nationality, hair colour etc. It could be days or months. Either way teenagers with peach fuzz on their top lip look absolutely disgusting.

If I were to be clean-shaven all the time, I'd have to shave twice a day.
But it varies on how you shave, and how fast your hair grows. FYI: wet-shaving encourages growth.
Some people feel content to pour syrup on shit and call it pancakes their whole lives.

It depends. Mine can grow back to the way it was just was before shaving in like, a week or two. I'm 15.

About 12 hours from nothing, but once there's some hair there, the growth really slows down.
