getting scouted

The new art portal up and stuff i'm happy and junk but when i find that you have to be scouted it was surprise. and i thought, no problem i'll just wait. but then after days i was still not scouted and read up on how geting scouted works and the it hit me. HOW CAN PEOPLE SCOUT YOU WHEN THEY CAN'T EVEN SEE WHAT YOU'RE CAPABLE OF?

i posted this picture here for the art portal, and yeah you read the story above (i hope) and to my dissapointment, people won't even get to see it cause i wasn't scouted. though i support the scouting system for it's effort to keep the shitty artists out i deplaud it for not even giving people a chance to show off their art due to it's not being scouted.

People CAN see your art, everyone who has already been scouted can view a section in the art portal that is nothing but non-scouted artwork, if your art is good enough you will be scouted.

People who have been scouted have access to the section with all the people looking to get scouted.I saw your stuff before and decided not to scout it,and I havent changed my mind.

Dont ask to be scouted.Its just annoying.
