I think he is referring to the Madness Series. Hank is the main character, and is almost killed every single episode.

I'm pretty sure he died already, that's why in the last madness episode there were two main characters other than Jesus and the evil guy.

Well, I don't think he should have died, but I definitely think he's somewhat ready to die at any time. His job field does come with a certain amount of risks and danger afterall. But he knew that when he first pursued his career in the exciting world of propane and propane accessories.

Hank Hill almost died in one episode (actually a 2 part episode) titled: "Death of a Propane Salesman". However, it was actually buckly who died (at the time he was selling propane). That was the episode when the Mega-Lo-Mart exploded (featuring Chuck Mangione!). And yes, it was because of propane.

You mean Hank from Madness? He didn't "die". He died like 5 times. Actually, let's count...

MC1: Hank kills 32 people and survives.
MC2: Hank dies from a shot to the back of the head from Jebus.
MC3: Hank dies from a sword being sliced through his torso.
MC4: Hank technically commits suicide from igniting a stick of dynamite. He did so because he knew Jebus would have killed him anyway.
MC5: Hank dies from having the top half of his head torn off by Tricky.
MC6: (Not shown in episode, at the end we are shown a "to be continued".) Hank dies (most likely) from being tossed off the cliff by Tricky's demon form. The impact smashes his skull in half.
MC7: Hank dies from Jebus slicing his throat with a sword, and a shot to the side of the head.
MC8: Hank is not revived yet.
MC9: Hank is revived about half-way through the episode, but it is unknown if he dies or not (he may be dead by the time MC10 starts, because that's how MC7 started).

There ya go.
