In other news, what a fantastic lap for the FXX! Fastest car in the world? I wonder how it compares to the veyron in a straight line (that's where the true test lies).

After looking up the car on Wikipedia it seems that 29 were initially made with a 30th specially made for Michael Schumacher (Ferraris F1 Champion)! This is the only black FXX without a racing stripe, and a few other cosmetic adjustments.

So, the FXX used in Top Gear was Schumacher's, and it was definitely him driving it.. whether he is the stig or not.

The Stig is a mystical being that only appears when cars need to be tested and insane laps must be driven.

The Stig is the Stig.

Well, If Ayrton Senna where still alive, I'd say he's better than Schumacher. Because on the contrary to what everyone thinks, Senna was a better driver than Schumacher, according to F1 magazine, because Ayrton had the consistency. But it really is difficult to compare two people from different times.

Alain Prost came in at a close third.

and the FXX was one hell of a run never expected it to get 1:10 AND First place in the lap time board
