Some of you may remember that I'm becoming a bit obsessed with the Illuminati.

But recently I came across their supposed website: http://www.armageddonconspiracy.co.uk/in dex.htm

Personally I don't believe that a SECRET cult would have a website promoting themselves. However there is a lot of interesting stuff on that site, regardless. Do you guys think this is legit or someone decided to have a little joke to himself and make this site?

The Illuminati are basically a bunch of decadent Royal families, Nazis and US foreign policy hawks (Cheney, Rumsfeld, Kissinger) who have a plan to create a one-world government, with a carbon tax overlay and a technological spy grid and 80% population reduction.

I believe there could easily be a group like The Illuminati for sure, but if their secret cult decides to advertise themselves through a website, well, it's either there is no Illuminati, or the website is fake.
I'd have to go with the website is fake, after being very interested in The Illuminati for quite a long time, I believe some of the things I've seen on television and the internet, it's tough to say though.
