1. In the flash publish settings set the audio rate something above 80
2. put the audio in movieclips and then the MC on the stage to sync up perfectly

I had that exact same problem and deleted a flash over it once. Never will forget...

K-Guare, your part was cool, but it looked a little weird without the wheels moving. And I don't think a background is really that necessary but if you have time you could add a colour...

Also, as you noticed I didn't do a part because I'm lazy... watched a movie.. ate some dinner.. bought some songs.

Well, if you'd actually listened to me those other 2 times, you would know that your part is still not good enough to be in the collab, sorry.

OMG, That is the best part ever! One problem though, you did it on 12 fps instead of 24 fps! Could you possible change the frame rate to 24 fps and then edit it to synch it up again?
