There are 3 bows for the bow animation.

New items that I can see:
- Quiver is back in the item.png
- 4 new meats
- 2 new seeds
- Watermelon

Nothing too exciting really.

Ugh, well...i guess I'm gonna bite the bullet and say that's only the items for the first part of the update seeing as how it's being split in two.

The new bow animation is kinda neat and I like the feeding animation. I'm not really asking for a whole lot, I'm very pleased with the new lighting and the new light colors.

Also the quiver seems like a good thing to bring back.

Swamp biome looks cool, I also heard there will be mushoom biomes which sound nice.

Well, I wouldn't say they look shit, but they don't look much like swamps and are pretty much uninteresting.

I've heard that 1.8 will be split into 2 updates. The first one will be the new items and other small stuff,
and the second one will have the new mobs, biomes, villages and other cooler shit. Although rumor doesn't make much sense since there would have to be a 1.9 as well as a 1.8.

Wait, swamp biomes if I remember right already existed, I guess the vines are just for aesthetics.
I'd like to see VERY heavily forested areas that look like full blown jungles.

Out of all the new biomes and land formations Notch is adding, I'm really disappointed that we haven't seen any big waterfalls. I think some tropical waterfalls and such would look really cool in the Minecraft world.
