Regarding last night's sex.

Ok not really sex, but it was sex in a dream. I really don't know how to say this appropriately, but ever since the dream I feel different. I was having sex with my mother in the dream, while she was chained with her hands up against the walls. Is this normal? Has anyone ever had a dream such as this? I'm only 16 and this is disturbing.

No. "A Freudian person" would tell you that this dream was created by your subconscious, and your subconscious is gross, disgusting, full of incest. Everybody's subconscious is gross, vile and disgusting. The Oedipus Complex is present in everyone, in their subconscious. What makes you and me a normal person is the fact that consciously, we find that dream gross.

To summarize, you are normal.

dreams where you are having sex with a relative are actually normal...my gf has had dream where she had sex with her brother.. it just means you love your mother and you subconscious created a dream involving sex.. especially if you dont have sex much and are just becoming pubescent
