The Art Portal Scouting Question

Hey NGers out there i was woundering how the scouting system worked and if i needed some one that was already a part of the art portal to scout me so my content could be veiwed and rated or if there are other way to get it on there if you like my art and are a member of the art portal plz scout me and if not then enjoy i have only one on there at the moment and it is a background i created useing photoshop and other programs it is for my group on youtube i would like to put my flash art up but will not do so untile it can be seen on the art portal thx for reading go to my art on my profile to see it thx NG!!!!

People who are already scouted can view all the unscouted art, if your art is good enough to be scouted than it will. If it doesn't get scouted than it must not be good enough so that try again.

It's against the rules to beg for people to scout you, so don't do that

Ok man i was confuzed if people could see it or not and how the system worked or if it was going trough a process like flash animations and games do thx later!!!!
