I guess your talking about your art not appearing in the Art Portal.
You technically did not upload art into the Portal, you only uploaded it to you userpage, which you can find here.
The reason your art is not appearing in the Art Portal is because you haven't been scouted yet. This simply means that you have not been recognized by other artists yet. If your art is good enough, you'll eventually be found by other artists, and if they like you, they'll scout you. But until then, the only thing you can do is sit back, and wait patiently for someone to find your work.
