You picked Wikipedia. A web encyclopedia that is dependent on people who edit and submit articles (pages, which is then a mini-site) to keep new information. If wikipedia is allowed, then you could pretty much find a website that makes like a billion websites actively submitted updated possible.

If I can't pick Newgrounds then I'll have to pick youtube, because you can find some newgrounds videos there. It also is an endless entertainment source since there are tons of videos. Of course a lot of them are awful but there's a lot of funny ones, and some good ones.
