Secondly, I like cold showers, but not very cold, and only after a at-least-mildy-warm shower. It kinda feels like a poorly-heated pool.
But I don't want my showers, like, scalding hot. It burns. A lot. (OH I RHYMED LOLOOOLOL)

I normally take hot showers, not warm. I literally mean the HOT HOT HOT HOT kind of shower.

Rarely I will take a cold shower. But to me, taking a shower in the morning still gives you that same "wake up" feeling you get from cold showers.

I always have it warm and get pissed off if it's the slightest bit cold.

Yeah I agree, cold showers are the best afterward, but warm showers are good right then.

I just set it on cold from the start, then slowly moved myself into the shower.

i think it is very hard to jump into a cold shower as soon as it is turned on.

I always take warm showers, cold ones make me feel uncomfortable, but sometimes I lower it to a cooler temperature around the end

i used to take cold showrs after exercising because I thought it would help my muscles feel relaxed.But I normally take showers that are a little colder than warmer.Cold showers do seem to wake me up.

I love absolute freezing showers and then trying to recover 10 minutes because i'm struggling to breath.

Warm water is much better at relaxing muscles.

Well warm showers usally make my face go dry and crispy (usally need to put some skin cream on) but cold showers are hard to withstand but there better cuz you dont feel cold when you come out (unless you live like at the north pole).

It's hard to fuck my hot girlfriend in the shower every morning if I can't get a boner.
Hence, warm showers < cold showers.
Unless you don't like sex.

i like cold showers too, afterwards my skin feels refreshed and clean, whereas when I ttake a warm shower, my skin feels oily and dirty afterwards

you are not suppose to feel relaxed DURING cold showers.

Actually, I read that it's best to sit in a Sonna, then take a warm bath, then to take a cold shower. It cleans you better, and closes your pores so dirt doesn't get in. It's supposed to leave you feeling energized to. I've never tried it though, I don't have a sonna at my house :(
