After years of taking warm showers, i finally took my first 100% cold shower and it felt really great afterwards.
you get much more relaxed, warn (?), and active after a cold shower. I suggest taking one, but the first five seconds of taking one feel like hell, but once you get through those seconds, it doesn't feel so bad.

Nah, warm showers are the best. If the water is even slightly cold it just feels uncomfortable and like I am not getting clean. I need all that grease burnt off with hot water!

i thought that too, but cold showers are really great at making you more relaxed at the end, and they can also help you resist what your body tells you to do.

I like taking cold showers as well. It's the only way I can fully walk up. The warm water seems to have a sleeping effect on me.

You can't get clean with cold water. Hot water is for the cleaning. I always take a hot shower and then when I'm done I rince down with cold water. Cold water and cleaning doesn't work. Plus hot water warms your muscles and puts them into a relaxed state.
Also if you're a boy it's probable best to be taking hot showers.

Depending on the temperature outside, cold showers can be amazing. However, I still usually take warm showers unless it is unbearably hot.

Yes. I like to shower in water at sub-zero temperatures that could result in redness, swelling, tingling, and pain. I'll stick to hot showers here thanks.

Cold showers close your pores, so when you get out you'll be hotter. The opposite goes for warm showers.
