If I were to go back in time in order to alter the present, I would fix whatever problem I have, the present would update itself, and then I would have no reason to go back into the past.

but then he won't go back in time to tell himself to not go back in time. Thus he would have gone back in time telling himself not to go back in time, which would have led to himself not going back in time telling himself to not go back in time.

I'd bring my future self to the present, then send my past self to the future. Then me (the present me) would go to the past and commit suicide, therefore killing myself in the past whilst not ceasing to exist.

Man, I remember a time when something that was totally unlikely to happen happened.

I would tell myself not to go on Droidz. Thus I would never see the thread on NG, find ED from here. Read ED learn about /b/, 4chan etc. and when trying to ask out Kelsey, don't just squeal in a corner.

It would probably go along the lines of this:

Me: I'm you from the future
Younger me: That's cool.
