Looks all right, but there's very little to base off. You should have more art or animation to show if you're going to ask for feedback. I can say though that his head is at a bit of an odd angle and his legs are somewhat short. The graphics also look fairly static (*not because they're not animated). Also, what kind of game?

I like the style, but what sort of angle will the player be looking at him from? The legs and feet look like you're looking down at him from a higher ground, but the top half of his body looks like you're looking at him from his level (except that you can't see his neck). Apart from that its really good.
