Use '<' and '>'. Not sure if those are the default keys.

Generally just learn the keyboard shortcuts - they're very useful!

'<' and '>' are the default back and forth hotkeys for flash. If you want to advance in your frames without having to hold the >, you can hit enter to play and enter again to stop wherever you want. Hotkeys are you friends and will save you a Hell lot of time once you get used to them.
