He's from the government's party (National Action Party) and although he's a corrupt MOFO, he wants to be president...

Do something funny with his face. Need more base pics?

Also, could we have a bit more info on him? You said he is corrupt, in what way? Bribes? Might help the photoshop be a bit more relevant.

All you need is look at his fat face and you'll see how wealthy he's, because his politic career... It's a pity I can't find something useful in english, but I'll show you some of his stuff

- He's using money from the government to pay his campaign La Jornada (Local Newspaper)
- His brother is also corrupt, he fires people that doesn't support Jorge and/or his party, and gives "better" jobs to those that do ( Link)
- The government make "cultural" meetings and concerts. But they are giving Jorge the money for his campaign and others from his party... Link
