Alrough I think it is a nice adition, I also think it presents a big flaw; If you are just plain shitty then you can just ask a friend to scout you.
Also It would be nice to have an aditional menu on "my account" to both check on your art status and keep it organized

So, to get "scouted," do you have to wait for somebody who is already scouted to randomly happen across the art section of your user page, view something, and then click whatever magical scouting button they see?
