I noticed the guy who scouted me got unscouted, since he was unscouted, does it mean I get unscouted too or something?

If you can't draw, just leave it to the ones with talent. It's nice just to view anyway.

It's actually OK to draw and get better with time. It just wont be in the actual portal till you get better and then get scouted. Until you get scouted your art will remain on your userpage, up to 20 pieces of art.

That brings me to another question....

What if you suck and you just want some art on your page showcasing your progression and someone scouts you when you don't want to be scouted. Can you refuse to be scouted or turn down the offer?

If I could draw something that advanced it would take me some time to do so.

i think a blam system and a high-ranking 'front' page for the art portal are needed, but who knows. it isn't as crucial as flash portal so i'm sure it can be tinkered around with much easier.
