While we are in desperate needs of flash requests we shouldn't waste our time on obvious spam submissions that run for like 2 seconds and then end in an annoying beep tone. The beginning was pretty nice and I believe you when you say you put at least an hour in that, but there isn't much we could review on that submission.

Also, our standards aren't that high, we have reviewed some clock day submissions in the past and there's nothing wrong with a little bit of spam and randomness in flashes. But as I've said, there's not much we could review in your flash...

You have some decent reviews, but a good number of them don't pass more than 2 lines. Well if I can be bothered I can write pretty well, though I'll come back as soon as I can get into a more better habit of good reviews.

I hope Haggard and Coop.. um something are able to finish the reviews, i'd hate to see there streaks ended! Please don't think this is me whining about my song not being reviewed yet, because i'd like feedback, but it's not the end of the world if i don'. I just hope that they don't have to rush their reviews in order to keep their record! Anyways, I think i finished up all of the reviews, I mean except for my own of course lol

Well remember they have until Sunday to finish the reviews so they actually have quite a bit of time. If they were anything like me when I was a member of the club (take me off the list Sonofkirk you bastard) then they probably won't do it until much later in the week such as Friday, Saturday, or Sunday morning before the next list is updated.

Sure you can, your reviews are impressive. I'd suggest, unless you're a really quick reviewer, to wait until the next update comes out, so that you'll have a whole week to complete the requests. First, wait until Fro (if he comes back before the next update), Sonofkirk or I do the requests list for the week, and then review the requests from there (don't forget to add Review Request Club at the bottom though :P). After you've reviewed as many requests as you can, post the points you gained by reviewing them (points system can be found on the first post of this thread) at the end of the week, sometime on Saturday or Sunday morning, and you're part of the club ;).

please if you would be so kind put Joshsouza under evaluation or expel him from this group he review my piece, and this is what he wrote I found this really offensive, and I dont think this is the point of a review, to say "it sounds really gay" I spent a lot of time on this assignment.

Dude, the fact of the the Audio Portal is to have actual instruments in it. This is NOT American Idol Auditions. I couldn't tell if you sounded more like a girl or a boy in this but it sounds really gay. A;though, it sounded like it echoed a little.

This is really short too but it made it sound like 5 minutes. I don't see the point of singing a poem or something but you could have at least have birds singing in it or something.

Your voice is really clear though and I only heard you breath once or twice. Overall, I didn't like it but here is the overall score:

Lyrics 5/10
Voice 3/10
Instruments 0/10

As an artist you should already know that you'll be getting critics, and they can't always say what you want them to. But josh should know not to just rag on it without giving proper constructive criticism. Maybe you don't like it, you don't have to, just don't be a dick about it, or be a dick, but be a helpful dick at the same time. Most likely he wont get banned from the club, but that's not up to me...

Well it was a nice little piece to say the least.

What need to be fixed up:

The instrument sounds need to be tweaked both in the software sounds being used, and in the volumes of the individual instruments. Because it was hard to hear some of the parts.

It feels a lot longer than the :45 seconds it is, probably because of the tempo of the song.

I do realize that good sound software is difficult to find, but do a little bit of searching and you'll find something.

Anyways, I would love to hear a more expanded version of this song, even though I wouldn't be about to use it in something, since i am not a flash artist.

Anyways, not to bad. =3

thank you. You dont have to like it, just give it a fair chance before you judge it, and keep an open mind. If you dont like it tell me, but give me reasons I only get upset when people say stuff like this sucks, because I want to know what I need to do so that it doesn't suck.

alright dude, let it go...just let it go. The topic has dragged on a bit much for a review. And as far as my review goes, you can't tell me to review the piece not the vocals, when all it is is vocals. The piece was flawed, but had it's moments. Alright now closier.....ah....sweet closier. Just be careful of how you review something. When someone is intelligently criticized about something wrong, they'll have a less likely chance of becoming offended. (unless your the average NG asshole who wouldn't know how to take criticism if it had an instruction label written with bright colors and pop up pictures lol) What I'm going to guess that this club is going for, is to spread intelligence through the fucktard cesspool that is becoming (and probably has been) Newgrounds and about 90% of websites out there. This could almost make your review abusive. Telling someone who is obviously and clearly a boy that his voice sounds like a girl, especially when it didn't, is really dumb. I mean if you have heard girls that sound like that then I would be scared to see what they look like as I haven't.

The rest of your review is fine though. If your going to keep reviewing like this then I would suggest not touching the review system again. If your going to stick to only saying on how to improve even it is harsh and not saying rude comments then it's a different story.

Sarias has all the reason to be upset in this situation. I'm almost certain that he agrees that if you would have gave him a low score and backed it up with a constructive review that he wouldn't have cared. I think anyone would be a little pissed if they got a review like that.
