Turns out quite a bit of you guys play music in some way, shape, or form. That's all fine and dandy, but are you any good, or are you just a beginner? Either way, post a recording of yourself playing (or singing) something if you have any knowledge of music. Preferably a video so we can see you play, too (which I will have up in a bit). I'm interested to hear the talent of newgrounders.

Also, feel free to critique people too if you want, or just give general feedback.

ENOUGH RAMBLING! Here is me on the trumpet. I play the solo in the Valdres march and the second movement of Symphony in B Flat.

I will post a video of me playing something a bit more technical in video later. I just posted these songs first because they are the only good quality recordings I have. Other recordings are going to be recorded with a crappy webcam.

Let's see what you got!

Forgive how bad the band is as a whole, and the shitty quality of the video, and focus on my somewhat decent tenor sax solo. I can't help but pick it apart and think of what i would do now, because this is not as good as I am now. I was just learning how to improvise when this was recorded, but I'm a little better now.

I've got some audio I've uploaded but they were recorded months beforehand so I assume I've improved by then.

The first song is really cool.

Here's another. It's a section from the trumpet solo I played this year. Unfortunately, the quality sucks, so just imagine the quality from the first videos in this one. Use your imagination.

Might record me playing the tapping bit to eruption.

Is that a epi SG special?
