Thats all you need (at MOST)

Can i run killing floor or CS:S, or better yet. both?

Killing floor = Doubt it :(
Counter Strike = Doubt it :(

The problem is that your laptop (I'm assuming) does not have a GRAPHICS CARD, it only has a graphics adapter, which makes it very poor with games.

The rest of your specs were fine, but, if that is a Desktop then get a better graphics card, PM me for help choosing one if you need it.

I'm sure you'll be able to run Counter Strike 1.6, maybe even Source. I doubt you'll be able to run Killing Floor..

I said problem solved :P
Killing floor runs at a normal rate
and Source runs wonderfully
