please, please stop abusing dodge and burn. You really cannot use those for shading. Dodge and burn have their purposes, but you should not make your highlights and shading using those tools. Use them sparingly.

I rarely use those tools in any of my works. If theres something wrong with my colouring/shading, it would be great to hear an explanation on how to improve.

Well, your highlights look all fuzzy and white-ish. Just the balance of colors in general, looks like the lighter the color is, the more unsaturated it is.
