I need help. I recorded a video using a webcam. Now i have no idea how to save it to my computer so that I can upload it. It is done with DVD RW, so how do I save it to my harddrive?

Same way you would rip a cd. Search download.com for software if you don't have what you need.

plug in the webcam to yourcomputer with a firewire cable *i think thats what they are called*
then you should be able to transfer the video to your computer.

Is the video saved on your webcam itself or on the computer? I would've thought it was saved on the hard drive somewhere. Look in the webcam's settings to see if it mentions where to save videos to.

You may need one a video card in your computer, two a tuning program to get all of the data from the video inside the computer, three the driver for the video camera in order to actually accomplish the final process. I know about this because I have that running through my Dell at the moment transferring files from my JVC into programs like Virtual Dub (freeware) and for a tuner I'd recommend Happauge win tv, which is a bitch to install fully.
