Artist/Animator for Hire!

Hi, my name is Simon Ziari, alias Dugh.

Since the forums has been filled with people searching for artists/animators the last few days, I've decided to give it a shot as an hire-able (lol, whut?) artist/animator.

Sounds "bigshot-ish", huh? Anyways..

Basically, if you need someone to, like, do a intro for your productions, make some artwork/animations (maybe for an entire game?), or web designs,etc, just drop me a post (or PM) in here, or EMAIL me, and I'll get back to you.
I'm also doing movies, but you should expect the price range a bit higher.

Make sure you tell me what you want me to do, and how much you're willing to pay for the "job".
Also,if you're a programmer seeking an artist, don't just ask me to join your game without giving me some main information (like, how much experience you've got/examples, what type of game it'll be, large or small scale project)

hey maybe this can be the official animator for hire thread.

Hi, my name is turtleco. I am a flash animator.
I could do art for a game. Or animation for a movie.
I'd only do short comedic flashes but If there is one that really interests me I could do a big one. If you plan to get me to animate anything send me the voices (and sound effects would be nice but I can do it myself) a storyboard or screen play and character designs would be nice, but description of the character's look is almost mandatory.

I dont know how many people here will be looking to hire people, it doesnt really seem like the right kind of place. If youre serious about it you might have more luck at somewhere like oDesk, which is designed specifically for this kind of thing. There are literally thousands of potential employees from all kinds of different areas of work, you should check it out!

i sound like a fucking salesman, ive never actually done any work through oDesk but its 100% legit and youll probably have way more luck finding work there than here.

I think I mentioned it in my post, but anyways.. that depends on what type of job you've got for me.
Just tell me what you want me to do, then we talk it through (payment etc.)

I'm in dire need of an Artist/Animator for a game, the game already has 2 programmers and 1 artist (the artist is good, but slow) , we really need someone to help get this game finished ASAP

Unfortunatley payment will probably be a 25% share of sponsorship money, but were aiming to get at least $1000 for it.

Also I'm making a group called Sickfang productions where if we somehow get money from sponsors or something the animator gets 40% (if there is no programmer you get 60% and vice versa ) the programmer gets 40% and i get 20%!
