I wouldn't do anything of that nature to it. And yes, I assume cotton would feel weird on a penis. If it's an awkward sensation to feel cotton with your hands, I imagine it would feel a lot weirder on a more sensitive part of the body.

Actually, they occurred a while after purchasing the pillow. And they were thoughts of things not to do to the pillow.
