4am wakeup call...

Hello newgrounders! So out of the blue...well a little random I decided to take a 4am jog around this 3mile pond, wonderful view. So in total 6miles, I am exhausted.

Yeah that happens to me all the time. I usually go to bed around 6-8am and wake up at 3pm, so it's hard to fix it. Just lately i've been having these urges to take a nice jog, I mean its a beautiful area more like in the contryside so not that busy, plus early morning always the best.

I was just about to go to bed and I found myself back here again. Ugh, my sleeping patterns are getting way off.

Its 4:40am now and I'm probably not getting any sleep until about 6, and I'll end up waking up at about 3 or 4. I don't know why I just can't go to sleep, I'm always tired during the day too.

I hardly ever do. Maybe 2 cans of soda in a week, that's all. I just have a bad habit of staying up late. I get tired during the day because of it, but when it gets later, I just end up staying up instead of getting to bed.

It's morning as i write this. And i just got off work a half hour ago. Just enough time to check email, here, and and a couple other places and eat before i get 7 hrs of sleep, then do another 12 hrs at work.
